Alistair Jaque

Alistair Jaque is a Partner in the Deutsch Miller Corporate team with over 25 years of international corporate law experience across the UK and Australia. He is admitted in both England & Wales and Australia.

His practice focuses on mid‑market mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance, IPOs and complex corporate structuring.

Alistair advises investors, owner-managers, family offices, listed companies and growing mid-market businesses particularly in the financial services, IT services, technology, and professional services sectors.

Over the last two financial years, he has helped to lead the team completing around 30 M&A transactions with a combined value in excess of half a billion dollars, along with more than $200 million in capital raises and over $250 million in finance transactions.
Deutsch Miller has global reach through the Alliott Global Alliance in more than 100 countries, and Alistair serves on the AsiaPac board and chairs the International Corporate Finance Group in the Alliance.

He has received industry recognition for his transactional work and has delivered presentations for leading bodies such as the College of Law and the Governance Institute of Australia.

In his spare time Alistair can be found running around trying to keep his 4 children entertained, indulging his limited creative talent by drawing kids cartoon characters in pavement chalk, mountain biking on various trails around Sydney, and keeping fit by playing (English) football to fill in the time until he is inevitably discovered by Arsenal.
