Sarah Chan

Sarah is an Associate in Deutsch Miller’s corporate and commercial practice.

Sarah advises on a broad range of Australian and cross‑border corporate transactions, as well as corporate governance and general corporate matters.

She has experience managing the legal due diligence process across multiple specialist workstreams and supporting transactions from inception through to completion, working closely with clients and advisers including where this involves multiple jurisdictions.

Sarah has acted for private equity investors, publicly listed and private corporations, as well as SMEs across a range of industry sectors, including energy, transport, education, and retail.

Prior to joining Deutsch Miller, Sarah worked in the corporate practice of an international law firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Sarah enjoys swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, attending concerts and musical theatre.
