Endava acquires DEK Technologies

Our Corporate team, comprising Alistair Jaque, Simon Correggia, Steven An, Sarah-Jane Sale and Antony Bull, advised on the sale of the DEK Technologies group (a multinational software and hardware engineering and development business) to Endava (a UK based next-gen global technology company listed on the NYSE). KPMG advised the sellers on the tax aspects of the transaction and Technology Holdings International acted as corporate adviser.
