Valsoft acquires workforce management software business Wageloch Workforce Management

Our Corporate team, led by Alistair Jaque (Partner) and Sally Yang (Associate) were delighted to advise on another acquisition in Australia for Valsoft Corporation which acquired workforce management software business and industry leader, Wageloch Workforce Management. This acquisition becomes the 5th company under Valsoft’s Workforce Management portfolio.
