Oisín Doyle

Oisín is an Associate in Deutsch Miller’s corporate and commercial team, advising on a range of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and broader corporate advisory work.

Before relocating to Sydney, Oisín practised in Dublin at Pinsent Masons Ireland LLP, where he worked with domestic and international clients across complex commercial matters. His background extends beyond core corporate work and includes experience in energy and projects, property, and banking law.

Oisín holds a Bachelor of Laws from Maynooth University and a Master’s degree in International Law and Business from University College Dublin. He is dual‑qualified and admitted as a solicitor in both Ireland and England & Wales.

Outside the office, Oisín spends his time swimming, golfing, and travelling.
